The room was spacious, clean, and had a Japanese style touch that I found charming. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us a late check-out which made our last day in the city much more relaxed. the location was perfect, close to major attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square, yet surprisingly peaceful. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee/tea and purified water system available during breakfast hours. the free WiFi throughout the property was a great addition, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, convenient location, and warm hospitality.
